Mr. Flautt began his banking career in 1973 with Santa Barbara Saving and Loan in Santa Barbara. Mr. Flautt spent the majority of his banking career with First Interstate Bank, joining the bank in 1976. During his 19 years with First Interstate Bank, he held a variety of management positions and was a Senior Vice President and District Manager for the North Coastal District, the East Bay District and finally the Sacramento Valley District. Most recently, Mr. Flautt was the Senior Vice President and Business Banking Center Manager for the Bank of Sacramento, where he opened the Rancho Cordova Business Banking Center. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Flautt was the Regional Vice President of the Sacramento region of Westamerica Bank, where he held executive oversight of six business branches and the team of commercial lending officers. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Flautt was the Senior Vice President and Consumer Banking Manager for River City Bank, where he managed the 12-branch system. He was also a Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer for Roseville 1st National Bank. Mr. Flautt is a director and treasurer of the Placer SPCA, a former President of Rotary Club of Roseville Sunrise and a founding director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento. |

Mr. Olson is a 26 year banking veteran and a Certified Public Accountant. He was with Farmers & Merchants Bancorp in Lodi, California for 17 years, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pan Pacific Bank, a Fremont-based commercial bank that he helped start in 2005. Prior to accepting the CFO position at Pan Pacific, Mr. Olson was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pen-Cal, an employee benefit consulting firm based in Pleasanton, California. Prior to joining Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Mr. Olson worked for both Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand prior to becoming a community banker. Mr. Olson obtained his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from California State University, San Francisco. He attended University of Washington and Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Olson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California State Society of CPA’s and the California State Society of CPA’s Financial Institution Committee. He is a former Director of Community Bankers of California and a past president of the Lodi Tokay Rotary Club. |

Mr. Lauhon most recently served as Senior Vice President and Northern California Lending Group Manager for the Sacramento office of Commercial Capital Bank, FSB. Mr. Lauhon was the Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Calnet Business Bank, NA from June 2005 until its acquisition in March 2006 by Commercial Capital Bank, FSB. Mr. Lauhon has a 21-year lending career in the Sacramento Valley, beginning in 1986 with the Federal Land Bank Association of Yuba City, followed by a loan officer position with the Sacramento Valley Farm Credit Association. In February 1989, Mr. Lauhon joined Feather River State Bank of Yuba City where he was employed for fifteen years through its acquisitions by Humboldt Bank and Umpqua Bank. During this time, Mr. Lauhon held multiple positions including Senior Credit Officer and Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Lauhon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from California State University, Chico. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management from Dartmouth College and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. Mr. Lauhon is a former advisory board member of the Yuba College Small Business Development Corporation, a former member of Risk Management Association and the Yuba City Noon Club of Kiwanis International. He is a former participant in the Independent Community Bankers Association and the California Bankers Association. He is the past Chairman of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce Agricultural Committee. |

Ms. Reginato is President of Regina Enterprises, LLC, a Roseville-based real estate development company, and a licensed realtor. Ms. Reginato is a past President of the Placer County SPCA and has also been a director of the Rotary Club of Roseville. Ms. Reginato is a founding organizer and a member of the Board of Directors of Folsom Lake Bank. |

Mr. West has a 37-year career in the banking and financial services industry. He has served since 1996 as Executive Vice President and Client Services Director for Schneider Sales Management, Inc. Mr. West was an Executive Vice President at Glendale Federal Bank for many years prior to moving to Folsom in 1991 where he opened the Folsom branch of First Interstate Bank. He is the founding Chairman and Director of the Folsom Economic Development Corporation, former director and past President of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce; and past President and active member of the Rotary Club of Folsom. He is a founder of the High School Student and Business Leaders Conference on Ethics and Leadership. |

Jay Freeman is a veteran banker with many years experience in the industry. He brings expertise in financial services and retail banking. Jay is a native of Houston, Texas and began his banking career there in 1979. He joined Wells Fargo in 1996 through the acquisition of Victoria Bancshares, where he served as Executive Vice President. He managed Victoria’s Community Bank, including all its retail and commercial banking operations. Jay led Sales & Service Development within Wells Fargo’s Community Bank. Jay received his bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance) from the University of Houston. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Bank Administration Institute from 2009 to 2012. |

Renee Nash currently serves as General Counsel for Professional Education Services, LP in Granite Bay. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a degree in history and McGeorge School of Law, where she also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law for 14 years. Her background includes representing newspapers in both freedom of information and employment matters as corporate counsel for a large newspaper publishing company. She served as a legislative advocate for the California Newspaper Publishers Association and wrote several books on media law. She began her career as a newspaper reporter prior to attending law school. Renee has lived in the Granite Bay area for nearly 20 years with her husband Steve and their four daughters. Renee is very active in the community, she spent several years on the Board of Directors of the Eureka Schools Foundation after her term has the President of Eureka Schools Foundation Renee was elected to the Eureka Unified School District Board of Trustees. |

Most of his banking career was spent at Glendale Federal Bank where he was a Senior Vice President in several different areas including branch and loan administration, corporate loan support and internal asset review. Mr. Dangerfield was also a spokesman for Glendale Federal and the industry with appearances on television news and talk shows as well as numerous quotes in major newspapers.
